How Do I Change the Sold Date for a Policy?

You can change the Date Sold if you would like the sales metrics to show on a particular day.  

    • Click on Customers from the main menu
    • Go to the customer's file (click on name)
    • Click on P&C Policies 
    • Click on Edit beside the policy box
    • Change the Date Sold then Save

 

Note: This will only change the date sold for written policies.  You can't change the date sold for issued policies.  That data is taken directly from the Dash and iVantage reports and can't be manipulated.
